Here are a selection of some of the beautiful views and places to visit in the Coja and Arganil area.

The pretty little market town of Coja and the charming village of Barril de Alva, near Arganil, are situated in some of the most spectacular scenery that you will see in Central Portugal.  Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus forests on the hillsides and rivers in the valleys this is a great place to relax and unwind.  The hillsides are peppered with whitewashed villages unchanged by the passing of time.  There is a real sense of history and a glimpse of the `Real Portugal`!
